Nature trip

A slow, immersive day trip along the coastline getting close to the variety of species of wildlife that inhabit our coastline. Explore cliffs, caves and gloups, spot birds like puffins, guillemots, cormorants and gannet, seals, and underwater marine life. You might even spot dolphins, porpoises or orcas.

Intermediate kayaking trip

Day trips organised at various locations, depending on weather, sea state and tides. Trips may include guided walking and history.

Our Intermediate kayaking trips are ideal for paddlers who have a solid foundation of basic kayaking skills and are looking to progress to more challenging waters. These trips often require proficiency in techniques such as efficient paddling, bracing, and basic rescue skills. Participants should be comfortable with handling their kayak in moderate sea conditions, including dealing with small waves, tidal streams, and varying wind conditions.

Advanced kayaking trip

For experienced kayakers seeking a thrilling adventure, our advanced sea kayaking trips offer the perfect challenge. Join us on exhilarating journeys to islands such as Eynhallow and Swona navigating fast tidal streams and exploring the stunning coastlines of these remote islands. These trips are designed for those with Advanced skills, providing an opportunity to test your abilities in dynamic and challenging waters while enjoying the breathtaking scenery and unique wildlife of Orkney's coastline.

Women Only kayaking

Prices for day trips start at £125 per person per day, but will vary depending on half day, full day, multi-day trips and group size. There will be additional cost for entrance to site visits, ferry costs and other extras. We need a minimum of 3 people to run the trip so the cost of private single or small group trips will vary.
