Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Summit to Sea Adventures. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
2. Return Period
Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
3. Eligibility for Returns
All items are eligible for return, including stickers, water bottles, and clothing. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at summittoseaadventures@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of higher value.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at summittoseaadventures@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.
8. Exceptions
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund. Personalized items are also non-refundable unless there is a defect.
